What if I don’t have any experience with fitness?
I work with all experience levels! If you’ve never stepped foot in a gym or if you’re an experienced lifter, I have a program for you.
What if I don’t have a gym membership?
I have programs that can be done completely from home, with or without equipment. I write the program based on what you have access to, your abilities, and your goals.
Do you write meal plans too?
I am not a registered dietitian or nutritionist. I do not prescribe specific meal plans. However, I can give you advice on your diet and answer general questions you may have about healthy eating. If I’m not able to give you the help you need, I can refer you to resources or professionals who can!
I’m interested, but I don’t want to pay too much, what should I do?
I offer a complimentary 2-week trial program for first time customers. This gives you the chance to test out how online training goes, and see if it works for you! No strings attached.
